Webops Rank Re-name

Hey Guys unless theres an objection I am going to re-name the Shamans as Shaman 1=Training Shaman, Shaman 2=Shaman, Shaman 3=Lead Shaman and I would like to incorporate 1 more webops rank which is Jr. Chief Shaman. This would be someone doing the same thing as a lead Shaman but someone who has shown they have dedicated themselves to TG and to webops and will be permitted to vote on web related issues. (Similar to Zeitler except Zeitler would be the one in Charge of the Jr. Chief, whereas Zeitler answers directly to us.) How are you feeling about this Elders and Zeitler??

i totally agree with this new ranking structure for web ops. it gives a bit more authority to zeitler and it helps him as well so he wouldnt be responsible for doing everything on the website. also i think it gives the web ops something to look forward 2 as far as working for a position. i like the idea! thumbs up! cheers

I agree with 1 exeption lets simplify the names even more to

Jr. C.S.
and the full title for Zietler as Chief Shaman.
If we're going to abreviat at all let's git-r-done...

Well I would like to give their titles a little more meaning, hence why I want them to be renamed:
-Training Shaman
-Shaman
-Lead Shaman
-Jr. Chief Shaman
-Chief Shaman
